The European body also confirmed the quarter and semi-finals will be held as one-leg games instead of the traditional two-leg format, making the Champions League a 8-team, straight knockout tournament when the quarter-finals commence on August 12.
A decision will be made by mid-July as to whether fans will be able to attend any of the games in Lisbon.
It was also announced by UEFA that the last 8 of the Europa League will take place in Germany - across Duisburg, Gelsenkirchen, Frankfurt and Cologne - between 10th-21st August.
